Installing mtctel ShellVoip Software enables the subscribers to
communicate with mtctel's VoIP Network Server.
2.
mtctel cannot
guarantee a 100% Network connection all the time due to the nature of
Internet disruptions, nor can mtctel guarantee
that subscribers can communicate without disruptions, delays or other
communication-related flaws. mtctel
will not be liable for any such disruptions, delays or other omissions in
any communication experienced when using mtctel
Shellvoip Software.
3.
If the phone can't make any call, you have the
right to return within 30 days since the purchase date, we will refund
you the original cost of phone set and annual fee, but you will be charged
30 dollars cancellation fee plus original delivery fee. All sales are
final once beyond 30 days return period.
4.
If there is any quality problem with the machine,
it can be exchanged for free within 30 days since the purchase date. We
offer free repair service within six months since your purchase date.
After six months, repair service will be charged a little bit labor and parts fee depending on the problem nature.
This Warranty does not cover defects which result from physical abuse,
such as but not limited to, cracked surface, signs of abuse or water
damage.
5.
All sales with discount are final, we don't refund
on these transactions.
6.
We offer on-site home services, but you need to
pay service fee $30.00 each trip, which excludes the parts fee.
7.
Regarding the renewal service, please activate
your phone within one week once you receive the activation code, if the
customer have not used the activation code for one week or not report
issue within one week since receiving code, we are not responsible for
the invalid activation code.

No Control. The subscribers acknowledge
and understand that mtctel does not control, or
have any knowledge of, the content of any communication(s) spread by the
use of the mtctel Shellvoip
Software. The content of the communication is entirely the responsibility
of the person from whom such content originated. The subscribers,
therefore, may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or
otherwise objectionable. mtctel
will not be liable for any type of communication spread by means of the mtctel Shellvoip Software.

No Emergency Services. The subscribers expressly
agree and understand that the mtctel Shellvoip Software is not intended to support or
carry emergency calls to any type of hospital, law enforcement agency,
medical care unit or any other kind of emergency service. mtctel, its Affiliates or mtctel
Staff are in no way liable for such emergency calls

Lawful purposes. The subscribers
acknowledge and agree to use the mtctel Shellvoip Software solely for lawful purposes. In
this respect, The subscribers may not, without limitation (a)
intercept or monitor, damage or modify any communication which is not
intended for You, (b) use any type of spider, virus, worm, Trojan-horse,
time bomb or any other codes or instructions that are designed to
distort, delete, damage or disassemble the mtctel
Shellvoip Software or the communication, or (c)
send any unsolicited commercial communication not permitted by applicable
law
